Welcome — Thank you for considering Oklahoma Premier Private School. We believe every child deserves a safe, Christian environment where they can flourish academically, socially, and spiritually. Below is a clear summary of our tuition, fees, payment policies, and helpful notes about the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit (PCTC). https://oklahoma.gov/tax/individuals/parental-choice-tax-credit.html

Financial Commitment & Payment
  • When enrolling you go through our systems program known as FACTS. 
  • Once your FACTS account is set up and enrollment is complete, you’re financially committed for the full school year. Tuition and required fees are withdrawn automatically from your bank account/credit card starting August 1st. You can choose to use the tax credit (PCTC), pay in full or set up monthly payments over 10 months. Payments can be charged to a credit card (a convenience fee applies for credit cards).
  • If a tuition payment is more than 48 hours late without arrangements, your student will not be allowed on campus until the balance is paid in full by cash or cashier’s check. If an account becomes 60 days past due, the student will be dismissed from the program and the remaining balance for the school year will be due immediately.
  • Families with past-due accounts cannot register for other Premier Sportsplex programs (summer programs, enrichment classes, youth leagues) or place deposits for the next school year until the account is current. Unpaid accounts may be referred to collections; any associated legal or collection fees will be the family’s responsibility.
  • Any extra charges for incidental items will be posted to your FACTS account.
Non-refundable Fees
  • Application Fee: $25 per applicant.
  • Enrollment Fee: $200 per enrollment (non-refundable). If approved for the state tax credit, this fee will be included in your reimbursement.
  • General non-refundable fees cover books, supplies, extracurricular classes and equipment, middle & high school sports, 30 hours of before and after care, facility maintenance and safety, playground equipment, one OPPS shirt, and other items needed to keep our school running smoothly. These fees vary by grade and are due August 1st or 1 week after the school has received the PCTC checks.
Tuition (annual / monthly) broken down by grade:
  • Pre-K: $5,500 per year ($550/month) 
  • Kindergarten: $5,975 per year ($597.50/month) 
  • Grades 1–5: $5,975 per year ($597.50/month) 
  • Grades 6–8: $6,500 per year ($650/month) 
  • High School: $6,800 per year ($680/month)

High School Options — Vo-Tech & Concurrent Classes
  • Juniors and seniors may choose vo-tech or concurrent college classes (local colleges or partner programs such as Oral Roberts University Advantage or Southwestern Christian University). With proper documentation, eligible college/vo-tech credits can be added to your OPPS transcript following state rules.
  • If not attending full-time due to vo-tech, high school classes taken at OPPS cost $1,700 per class; students must meet OPPS requirements for graduation.
  • Students enrolled in ORU Advantage or SCU while attending full-time at OPPS will have ORU/SCU classes & books covered.
  • These options require students to be in good standing and to complete a graduation credit review.

Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit (PCTC) — Helpful Info
  • All required tuition and fees listed above are eligible within the $7,500 state tax credit cap per taxpayer.
  • Eligibility: Oklahoma resident, child must be 4 years old by Sept 1, and enrolled in an eligible accredited private school.
  • How to apply: Obtain an Enrollment Verification Number (EVN) from the state after your enrollment is complete, then apply with that EVN through the OkTAP system.
  • Payment process: Checks are sent to the private school and made payable to the taxpayer.
  • For the 2026–2027 school year, applications open March 16th at 9:00 AM. There is no income requirement; funds are allocated by time of registration, so apply early.

Scholarship Assistance
  • If you apply for the PCTC by March 16th  (or within one week of acceptance to OPPS) and do not receive enough funds to cover fees, we offer scholarships to help qualified families. We are committed to helping families stay in school and ensuring finances don’t block a child’s opportunity to thrive.

Optional Fees (not covered by PCTC)
  • Fun Lunch Days: This is optional and offered twice-monthly (usually pizza on the second Thursday and Chick-fil-A on the fourth). If you sign up, the charge will be added to your FACTS account.
  • School-Closed Camps: On days we’re not in session we offer themed camps (school hours). Cost is $175 per week, per student, or $40 per day. Camps require a minimum of 10 students to run.
    • Fall Break Camp: October 5th–16th 
    • Winter Break Camp: December 17th–18th and December 27th–29th
    • Spring Break Camp: March 15th–26th
  • Summer Camp: Separate fees and registration—details at www.premiersportsplex.org under “Summer Camp.”

Important Dates & Notes
  • Non-refundable school fees due August 1st (or 1 week after the school has received the PCTC checks). 
  • PCTC applications for 2026–2027 open March 16th at 9:00 AM. 
  • Guardians are responsible for ensuring accounts remain current. Please contact us if you need assistance setting up FACTS or making payment arrangements.
