Fall Pictures are $25.00 per child and an additional $5.00 per sibling option.  This will be billed to your account when you submit this form. 

By submitting this form, I agree to pay $25.00 per single sitting and an additional $5.00 for a sibling set.  I understand that the total amount will be billed to my account then this form is submitted.  I also understand that this is a non refundable amount.
